We met Patrick. We had the skills to help. So we did.
Three friends from Switzerland helping a Namibian guide build something of his own. No NGO. No overhead. Just people backing a person.
The beginning
How we met Patrick.
In 2024 we travelled the Namib coast on a small group tour. Patrick was our guide for four days, and by the end of the trip the question was less whether to support him and more how.
He had the skills, the language, the local knowledge. What he did not have was the equipment and the runway to launch on his own. This site is our answer.

No agency, no fees, no professional fundraising machine. Just us, in our spare time.

We do not take a cent. Here is the breakdown:
- 100% goes to Patrick
- 0 CHF admin fees
- ~2% card processing (covered by us)
Operating costs (hosting, domain, payment processing) are covered by the team out of pocket. Every franc you give reaches Patrick.
What we are not.
We are not a registered NGO. We are not a charity. We are three friends helping a friend launch his business. Donations are not tax deductible. If you need a tax deductible giving channel, this is not the right place. If you want to back a real person on a real project, you are.
